  • If there are any delays due to high order volume or supplier issues, we’ll notify you right away via email.

🚚 Shipping Times

We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Other International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance times.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over $100.

  • For orders under $50, a small flat-rate shipping fee will apply, displayed at checkout.

🐶 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear after shipment.

🌎 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
